eFun is ready to hits the market again with their latest tablet, the Nexbook Premium 8. Alongside as the name, the Nextbook 8 is coming up with 8 inch color TFT capacitive multi touch screen, a built-in Wi-Fi, an e-reader, SlideME application manager – this app claims to make app shopping off of the Android Market easier, OfficeSuite Viewer and ASTRO File Manager. It’ll sport Kobo eBook Store app – an eBook store, The Nextbook 8 will also come with 25 eBooks preloaded, but it is not clear yet what those eBooks are.

Instead of Honeycomb OS, The Nextbook Premium 8 uses Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system – which at least, upgradable with over the air (OTA) update capabilities. There will also a Rockchips RK2918 processor that is Flash 10.1 certified, a 2 megapixel front-facing camera, a mini USB port, built-in speakers and 4-way G-sensor, and 4 GB of memory – according to the press release, it can be upgraded to 16 GB with a memory card, and even 32GB based on the company’s website.

The Nextbook Premium 8′s additional built-in features include a notepad, calendar, alarm clock, assorted games and other useful, fun apps – it all in a four-button touch menu and capacitive multi touch screen. Thousands of third-party apps are also compatible in this Nextbook Premium 8.

eFun Nextbook Premium 8 Tablet is going to hit the market for around $300 while in a season when you can get a Kindle Fire or Lenovo IdeaPad A1 for $200. However, it looks like the Nextbook Premium 8 a bit lacking in functionality, compared with the major tablet existed in the market.
