BiGadgets: Acer Aspire Ultrabook S3 A.K.A Acer Aspire S3 7 hours of battery life and Fast Performance.

Acer has launched the first ultrabook which is a thin and light notebook that promises long battery life and fast performance. This is known as the Acer Aspire Ultrabook S3 and have a 13.3-inch screen, 1366 x 768 pixels, Intel Core I, a solid state disk, and prices start at around € 799 ($1,137).

Laptop Asus Aspire S3 weighs about 3 lbs and is about half an inch thick. Acer says you able to get 7 hours of battery life when using a laptop or even 50 days of standby time when the laptop is in standby deel. It takes 1.5 seconds to go from standby to normal about 6 seconds to get out of sleep.

Acer is also promoting something that says Acer Instant Connect allows you to connect to the Internet in 2.5 seconds.

Acer Aspire S3 available with a choice of Intel Core i3, i5 Core or Core i7, state disk drives option Hard Drive 240 GB or 320 GB or 500 GB SSD gives you integrated some of the improvements expected performance of the SSD, while offer additional storage space and lower cost.

We have a little startled to see the Acer offers a hybrid drive, and Intel has really pushed ultrabook platform solid state disk. But ultimately it is up to each PC makers to decide how to innovate.

Acer Aspire Ultrabook S3 has a 1.3MP camera, WiFi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0. These laptops are sold in some areas this month and is available in the broader market in October.
